What I love to do

I’m most energized by taking a complex or still-forming idea and helping turn it into a product experience that people can understand, trust, and genuinely want to use.

My career has spanned AI products, global payments, enterprise software, lending, commerce, and social impact. The common thread is systems thinking: connecting a product’s capabilities, workflows, interaction patterns, language, and brand so the whole experience makes sense—not just one screen or moment.

I help teams figure out what a product is, how it should communicate, where people might get stuck or confused, and how to make the experience clear and useful. I enjoy moving between early concepts and leadership conversations; hands-on prototypes and product flows; and the content systems and operating practices that help good ideas scale.

Lately, I’ve been especially interested in the human side of AI: how LLMs explain themselves, ask for context, communicate uncertainty, and give people meaningful control. I use AI both as a design material and to extend content-design practice—through prototypes, guidelines and governance, and tools that help teams create clearer, more consistent experiences.
