As a content designer, I collaborate with user research and product design partners, product managers, data analysts, and engineers to address user challenges in goals within a product. My work ranges from revamping information architecture and user interfaces to optimizing content through experimentation, always rooted in a deep understanding of our users.

 

I specialize in fintech, AI, information architecture, terminology, and localization.

 

Additionally, I advocate for tech inclusivity, having launched the Bridge Builders program at Meta and the first Content Design Apprenticeship at Asana.
